Community Service Initiative (CSI) - Week 4

Based on our approved proposal for online shopping scam, we decided to do posts for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and a video for Youtube. It's basically same content throughout but with different styles according to each platform.

We decided to focus on doing an Instagram post for next week's presentation with the CyberSecurity presentatives because Instagram posts has a more unique potential to create rather than the flat 2D infographic posts for Facebook and Twitter.












We did an Instagram series post to make use of Instagram's swipe mechanism in which they allow a series of ten posts in one. I decided to create an eye-catching cover using an interactive GIF to grab people's attention to click on the post. Our information regarding the tips in the posts are retrieved from CyberSecurity Malaysia's website on a post about online fraud. We decided to keep it simple and illustrative to get our message through, and make use of the bold red colour to create attention for the campaign, because red also symbolizes danger. We make use of the 'lah' as well to make it somewhat more localized.
